Josh Mann started his career at the bench as a molecular biologist within R&D at some of the world's leading precision medicine companies, then spent more than two decades building and scaling commercial organizations across diagnostics, genomics, and clinical technologies. His path has taken him through globally leading companies to precision medicine startups and clinical genomics enterprises, leveraging computational biology and data, always at the intersection of deep science and commercial execution.
He's built international commercial organizations from scratch, led multiple product launches across NGS, proteomics, and companion diagnostics, and managed the buildout of a CRO that powers leading precision medicine and therapeutics.
What distinguishes Josh is his integration of AI fluency, deep scientific domain expertise, and go-to-market execution. He has built AI-powered business tools, data platforms, and commercial strategies across the full spectrum of precision medicine, from molecular diagnostics and bioinformatics to clinical decision support and consumer health applications. He understands both the underlying science and the commercial mechanics required to bring these technologies to market at scale.
Today, Josh operates at the frontier of longevity science, regenerative medicine, and health data infrastructure, all built on a digital infrastructure, designing regulatory pathways, clinical access models, and commercial platforms in partnership with governments, institutional investors, and clinical innovators across the globe.
